David Wiesemann embarked on his journey in the real estate realm back in July 2009. His initial affiliation with RE/MAX Heritage, located in Blue Springs, MO, began in November 2009. In the wake of the housing crash of 2007, the RE/MAX office he joined was left with just eight agents. However, in a remarkable turn of events, David took the reins by purchasing the office in April 2013.
Fast forward to the present, and the once modest Blue Springs office has seen an incredible transformation, now boasting a roster of 60 agents. Through a series of strategic acquisitions and sales, David has extended his influence to encompass three offices within the Kansas City metropolitan area, collectively amassing an impressive count of 165 agents.
The remarkable success story doesn't end there. David's offices have been honored multiple times as the recipients of the Recruiter of the Year award in Missouri, a testament to his commitment to fostering a thriving real estate community. Additionally, David himself has earned the title of Broker of the Year in Missouri three times, a recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field.
